Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The gemstone is unused and returned in its original condition
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is not damaged or altered in any way

Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Astrology consultation services once delivered
  • Customized readings or reports
  • Used or worn gemstones
  • Products damaged after delivery

Astrology Services

All astrology consultations are based on spiritual and traditional beliefs. Once the service has been delivered, it is considered completed and non-refundable.

Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos). We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee any specific results from astrology services or gemstone usage. Refund requests cannot be made based on dissatisfaction with astrological outcomes.
